Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for personal computing hardware, software, and networking
- Diagnose and repair end user problems, escalating as necessary
- Perform preventative maintenance and manage the lifecycle of end user devices
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 6 years of related experience, with additional coursework considered in lieu of experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License if required for the position
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
