Key Responsibilities

• Ensure urgent news is published swiftly and accurately, guiding reporting for AP members and customers
• Collaborate with a team of journalists to deliver impactful news coverage and exclusive stories
• Utilize digital tools to present stories creatively and verify user-generated content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• At least one year of full-time experience at a daily newspaper, broadcast station, or digital news outlet
• Ability to work in the U.S. or obtain permission to do so
• Advanced-level professional competency in written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Willingness to work any shift, including nights and weekends, as needed
