A company is looking for a TikTok Shop Content Creator Manager to build and scale a creator acquisition and retention system.
Key Responsibilities
- Own creator acquisition strategy for TikTok Shops, building a network of creators to drive revenue
- Grow partnerships with TikTok Agency Partners and creator agencies to enhance deal flow and content output
- Manage creator recruitment, campaign execution, and performance tracking to optimize revenue channels
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing with a focus on TikTok Shops
- Direct experience working with TikTok Agency Partners and managing creator agency relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of commission structures and performance-based compensation
- Deep understanding of TikTok's creator ecosystem and content formats
- Experience managing a large number of creators and analyzing campaign performance metrics
