Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Training and Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage training initiatives and communications for Independent Distributor Partners and the sales team
- Create and facilitate training programs using various delivery methods, including e-learning and in-person sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training content and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
- 1+ years of communications experience in a similar role, preferably in CPG and/or DSD
- Experience in designing and developing training materials
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Familiarity with compliance policies and procedures
