Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training & Optimization Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess individual and group training needs and maintain training records
• Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver engaging training sessions
• Organize and promote training courses while providing effective instruction to end users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of healthcare and/or credentialing experience
• 1-3 years of client-facing presentation/training experience
• 2 years of full-time work experience in a SaaS company in a client-facing role
• Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and convey software efficiencies
