Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver blended learning programs to help employees adopt new tools and ways of working
- Build engaging curricula to support specific behavior shifts within teams
- Develop learning assets and partner with teams to identify learning needs and align on delivery methods
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in learning experience design or instructional design
- Proven ability to create learning content and facilitate sessions
- Strong grasp of adult learning theory and instructional best practices
- Project management skills and ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment
