Training Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Delivery Specialist 4 to support skilling initiatives within the Microsoft Philanthropies Skills for Social Impact Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops, and learning pathways for diverse audiences
• Develop and curate training content on Microsoft Copilot, Azure services, and Power Platform tools
• Partner with teams and stakeholders to assess learning needs and enhance skilling programs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform
• Experience designing and delivering training for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
