Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support the Clinical Shared Services Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials based on adult learning techniques
• Conduct needs analysis and design deliverables that meet learner and stakeholder needs
• Develop assessment tools to measure learner competencies and curriculum effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or Long Term Care facility
• A minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health
• Experience training in individual and group settings
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite
