Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify early talent hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Plan, execute, and attend on-campus and virtual recruiting events
- Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for campus recruiting across multiple functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related work experience in HR/Recruiting
- Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Workday
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for early talent development
