Required Qualifications
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
- Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
- Must be punctual and meet attendance standards consistently
