- Track timelines and milestones for renovations, inspections, and compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, maintaining organized records and reports
- Manage inboxes, calendars, and general administrative tasks while assisting with property data tracking
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a professional tone
- Proactive and accountable, with strong initiative
- Excellent organizational skills and experience with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with real estate, property management, or construction coordination is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and report directly to the founder
