Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Visit Specialist to assist members and practitioners with technology for virtual visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls for virtual visit technology setup and troubleshooting
- Answer inbound calls from members and practitioners regarding technology issues
- Interact with members over video calls to ensure successful connection and support
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of telephonic or in-person customer service experience
- Knowledge of smart device setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
