Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Alliances to manage relationships with major broker and consulting firms nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a business development plan to establish lead-generating partnerships with national distributors
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key leaders within target firms, ensuring a strong understanding of Garner's core product
- Coordinate across various teams to manage partner needs and inform go-to-market strategy, while designing a data-driven approach to monitor partnership success
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the employee benefits consulting space
- 5+ years of experience in consultant/broker relationship management with national employer health benefits consultants and brokers
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and achieve results under tight deadlines
- Established relationships in the employee benefit consultant space with knowledge of major firms
- Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment and contribute to improving the healthcare system
