Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Representative to support the Children's Long-Term Support Waiver Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full verification reviews of provider applications submitted to the CLTS Waiver Provider Registry
- Validate provider credentials and enrollment data using third-party tools and external resources
- Collaborate daily with DHS Bureau of Children's Services and other stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in administrative or quality assurance roles
- Prior experience with Medicaid or Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs preferred
- Ability to interpret and apply written policies, procedures, and technical guidance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage work independently with minimal oversight
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other Windows-based tools
