Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HCM & Payroll Consultant to support day-to-day operations and enhancements across Workday Core HCM and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for Workday HCM and Payroll configuration and troubleshooting
- Support payroll processing activities including audits, retro calculations, and off-cycle runs
- Maintain and optimize HCM elements such as organizations, job profiles, business processes, and compensation
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Workday HCM and Payroll configuration
- Knowledge of payroll processing activities and compliance reporting
- Ability to work with internal teams and vendors to ensure data accuracy
- Experience in documenting updates and providing knowledge transfer
- Relevant educational background in HR, Payroll, or a related field
