Workday Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Senior Analyst to implement and configure Workday solutions while serving as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with HR Center of Excellence and business clients to discuss application changes and ensure comprehensive understanding of specifications
• Prepare detailed functional specifications, including test plans and scripts, and conduct thorough research and analysis for accurate project design
• Mentor less experienced staff and serve as a subject matter expert, providing consultation on application impacts from large initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday expertise with certification in HCM or specialties like Compensation, Payroll, or Recruiting
• Experience configuring business processes end-to-end and knowledge of Workday reporting and calculated fields
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing medium to large scale technical projects
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to deliver efficient solutions in Workday
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with team members
