Workforce Manager Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Manager Client-side Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand current setup and assist in translating labor categories to WFM Business Structure
• Review pay rules and validate accruals and time-off policies for compliance and accuracy
• Provide customized training and support for testing and go-live phases of the implementation

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Manager
• Experience with UKG Dimensions
• Ability to work part-time on a project-based consulting opportunity
• Availability to start in mid-June 2025
• Experience with organizational policies and compliance requirements
