• Execute a comprehensive 100-point listing-marketing checklist to ensure all items are completed weekly
• Transform AI-generated content into engaging social media posts across multiple platforms
• Coordinate open house events, managing logistics and follow-ups to increase attendee numbers

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in listing or transaction coordination for a US residential real estate team
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Familiarity with CRMs and transaction management tools such as Dotloop/DocuSign
• Experience working fully remote from the Philippines during US hours
• Bonus: skills in prompt-engineering, basic automation, or light video editing
