Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual standards for high-quality reporter videos
• Manage freelancers for field assignments and build a reliable roster for filming and editing
• Collaborate with reporters on filming and editing to produce compelling stories

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience editing news video for social and digital audiences using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Firm understanding of Sony cameras and best filming practices
• 7+ years of experience producing video in a news environment
• Experience guiding reporters unfamiliar with filming through the production process
• A genuine interest in sports, with experience covering sports as a plus
