Remote Systems Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Business Analyst to manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the transition project from NAV to Business Central and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs
• Assist with the setup and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provide user training and ongoing support
• Analyze business processes, recommend best practices, and support system upgrades and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV
• Strong knowledge of Business Central/NAV modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Understanding of standard accounting, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and integration tools
