We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in telecommunications accounts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with billing concerns, service upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate information about telecom products and services.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in a Telco account (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
