- Provide timely responses to regulatory bodies and handle sensitive legal matters
- Collaborate with team members to improve departmental workflow and maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel and Access, including advanced functions and formula creation
- Ability to create PDF format reports
- 1 year of experience in Agency Administration, Agent Licensing, or Agency Accounting is preferred
- Working knowledge of Tableau is desired
