Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Data Scientist I to analyze unstructured communications data and develop solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret datasets to uncover insights for statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
• Develop machine learning models and optimize analytics while ensuring data quality and conducting exploratory data analysis
• Guide junior team members and collaborate with product managers to translate project requirements into technical tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or a related scientific field
• 3-5 years of experience in data and analytics
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and noSQL databases
• Experience with data science frameworks and machine/deep learning tools such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow
• Strong knowledge of statistics and data science principles, including regression and exploratory data analysis
