Reports Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reports Analyst to manage and produce various reports while providing insights based on data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and distribution of various reports, including ad hoc and performance reports
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Act as the primary contact for report-related queries and collaborate with program officials to refine reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in reporting analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting tasks simultaneously
• Strong data analysis skills with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency in reporting
