Reputation Management — Need Yelp Off First Page Of Google

We have a very good reputation online on Google and Etsy, but our Yelp profile ranks #2 on Google for our brand name and has terrible reviews. We have a number of profiles we would like to rank above Yelp:

Facebook

Instagram

Etsy

Houzz

YouTube

Pinterest

etc.

That we would like to bump up in front of Yelp. Please give me an overall budget and timeframe to accomplish this.
