A company is looking for a Research Coordinator to support global research programs and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal review processes for research and manage the pool of reviewers
- Triage tooling bugs and provide prompt support and communication to affected review flows
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners and manage communications for ongoing support items
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years of project/program management experience
- Experience in understanding user needs and gathering requirements
- Familiarity with building and maintaining process documentation
- Knowledge of tooling development processes and user-acceptance testing
