Research Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Director, Principal Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of complex K-12 education research projects
• Manage project budgets, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee communication of research findings and contribute to strategic leadership and growth

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field or equivalent advanced degree and experience preferred
• Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies using rigorous quantitative methods
• 5 years of progressive experience in K-12 education research or consultancy projects
• Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics, particularly in school finance and administrative systems
• Experience in grant writing and educational product implementation is a plus
