A company is looking for a Research Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage psychometric studies that support product development and evaluation
• Translate complex psychometric topics into clear, accessible formats
• Collaborate with internal teams and external researchers to support research execution

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Psychometrics, Research and Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience conducting psychometric research
• Proficiency in R, SAS, or Python for large-scale data analysis
• Familiarity with IRT, CDM, CAT, LOFT, and other psychometric models
• Understanding of educational assessment design and validity studies
