• Improve accuracy and timeliness of workflows related to customer enrollment and invoicing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance systems and processes supporting operations

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in retail energy operations, particularly in enrollment and billing
• Familiarity with U.S. deregulated electricity markets, especially in New York and Texas
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and process mapping
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and external vendors
• Prior experience in managing or mentoring a team is a plus
