RetailConnect Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RetailConnect Sales Manager to lead distribution strategies for seed and crop protection across independent retailers in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the RetailConnect Sales team and implement strategies with independent retailers
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and ensure partner alignment with company objectives
• Drive financial results by improving forecast accuracy and managing sales and inventory

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, agricultural business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or account management
• At least 3 years of people management experience with proven leadership skills
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the agriculture industry, particularly in crop protection or seed
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and strategy development with knowledge of marketing and accounting principles
