A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, A/B test, and optimize automated Email & SMS journeys and campaigns
- Architect and manage a loyalty/retention program to enhance repeat rates and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Translate company-level KPIs into actionable channel-level strategies and execute them effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in lifecycle/retention marketing
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Email & SMS programs
- Proven track record of increasing repeat purchase rates and LTV
- Expertise in designing and optimizing loyalty programs
- Familiarity with leading ESP/CRM platforms and loyalty software
