A company is looking for a Social Community Manager to lead engagement across social and community platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead community engagement across owned and external platforms to enhance brand awareness and translate conversations into actionable insights
- Build and manage community on owned channels by fostering conversations and identifying influencers
- Track and report on trends, sentiment, and engagement metrics driven by community activity
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in community, social, or influencer roles, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment
- Deep familiarity with social platforms, especially Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, and X
- Experience in a previous sales role (SDR, AE, or AM) is a major plus
- Comfort with tools like Sprout, Notion, Figma, or Airtable
- A strong point of view on community engagement and internet culture trends
