Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service changes and retention efforts
- Exceed revenue goals by retaining customers and upselling services
- Address customer inquiries and complaints to enhance satisfaction and maintain relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of previous sales/retention and/or service experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be goal-driven and possess a customer-focused approach
