Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account & Client Consultant - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of defined contribution retirement plans, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with plan sponsors, financial professionals, and TPAs while providing proactive support
- Lead client meetings and collaborate on internal projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communication, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in retirement plans and customer service
- Retirement Plan Fundamental (RPF) Certificate required; QKA and FSRI designations desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Excellent virtual meeting and presentation skills
