User Researcher for Voice Data Collection

A company is looking for a User Researcher for its Voice Data Collection Initiative and Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to refine and validate potential users and use cases for the voice data collection platform
• Design and execute a user research plan, including developing research tools and coordinating logistics
• Analyze data and produce a user research report with findings, problem statements, and recommendations for design implications

Required Qualifications

• Background in User Research and Human-centered design processes
• Experience in product management, market research, UX design, or qualitative social science research
• Familiarity with SaaS and inclusive digital tools for social impact
• Interest in language inclusion and digital communication in low-resource settings is a plus
• Proven ability to engage with diverse user groups and stakeholders
