Key Responsibilities
- Compile responses to solicited bids and manage the bid process from start to finish
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions
- Maintain contract calendars and databases, ensuring timely renewals and executing ad-hoc requests
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience managing the bid process
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in education bids and/or bids for physical products is a plus
