Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives
- Build and sustain a culture of change readiness through innovative strategies and engagement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of organizational transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Change Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Certification or formal training in Change Management methodologies is strongly preferred
- Background in communications, project management, or training is a plus
