Change Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Director to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives
• Build and sustain a culture of change readiness through innovative strategies and engagement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of organizational transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Change Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Certification or formal training in Change Management methodologies is strongly preferred
• Background in communications, project management, or training is a plus
