Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Underwriter I.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite new business accounts for various insurance products, focusing on accounts with 100 to 500 lives
• Review RFP submissions and develop new business rate recommendations based on data analysis
• Maintain relationships with sales and service teams while managing a book of business and participating in projects

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Ability to make decisions within authority limits
• Experience working efficiently in a team environment
