EDI Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI Business Analyst responsible for supporting and analyzing EDI processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day business support for Order to Cash EDI processes
• Engage with Customer, Sales, and Supply Chain teams on strategic initiatives and oversee onboarding new EDI customers
• Analyze concerns and opportunities related to EDI/B2B with customers and oversee the VMI process for North America

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with CS&L business processes
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in project management and coordinating efforts to achieve goals
• Functional understanding of EDI, VMI, and SAP processes
• Analytical skills for problem-solving
