Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Leader to oversee the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners across multiple products and services
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from various teams to ensure successful implementations
• Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience overall
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting preferred
• Strong understanding of licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications
