Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners across multiple products and services
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from various teams to ensure successful implementations
- Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience overall
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting preferred
- Strong understanding of licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications
