A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and negotiate requirements
• Manage multiple projects while balancing priorities and stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with developers and technical staff to determine project scope and effort estimates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years)
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or system design within AI-driven analytics or healthcare data solutions
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proficiency with requirements gathering methodologies including BDD and user stories
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidcharts
