Clinical Trials Site Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Team Leader (Clinical Trials).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial and resource allocation for clinical trials and ensure compliance with protocols
• Develop study plans for successful implementation of trials and monitor site performance metrics
• Coach and mentor site staff to enhance operational efficiency and maintain quality oversight

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred
• At least seven years of clinical research experience, including roles as a CRA or CRC
• Four or more years of experience with clinical systems such as CTMS and eTMF
• Experience in quality management and corrective actions for at least four years
• CCRC or CCRP certification is a plus
