Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Digital Transformation - Healthcare RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap for healthcare RCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to oversee automation and integration standards, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Act as the primary executive-facing representative for digital transformation initiatives, engaging with client leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare RCM operations, technology, or transformation leadership
• Deep understanding of the payer-provider relationship and related processes
• Proven expertise in data acquisition from various sources (SFTP, APIs, RPA)
• Experience designing data processing workflows and system reintegration methods
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary technical and operational teams
