Retirement Plans Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and develop new products and services to drive business growth
• Provide sales and marketing support to ensure the sales force is equipped with product knowledge and training
• Lead cross-departmental teams to align product objectives and manage product maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience with product development and support life cycle is required
• Experience with group retirement plan investment products is required
• Familiarity with managed accounts is preferred
• CIT and/or target date fund experience is preferred
