Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Coordinator who will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of lot-related documents and ensuring sales order compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor lot start notifications and create new sales orders in ERP
- Review job-jacket documents for accuracy and perform sales order audits
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve purchase order issues
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- 1 year quality review, reconciliation, or audit experience for Level II; 3+ years for Level III
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Homebuilding experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
