Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Coordinator who will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of lot-related documents and ensuring sales order compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor lot start notifications and create new sales orders in ERP
  • Review job-jacket documents for accuracy and perform sales order audits
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve purchase order issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
  • 1 year quality review, reconciliation, or audit experience for Level II; 3+ years for Level III
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Homebuilding experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
