Revenue Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Specialist & Sales Operations QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized SOPs for the sales-to-cash journey, including renewals and amendments
• Implement QA processes and audit workflows to ensure compliance with SOPs and revenue recognition standards
• Collaborate with Finance and AR on payment issues and support the alignment of sales data with billing requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in creating SOPs or process documentation, preferably using Confluence
• Familiarity with customer renewals, sales lifecycles, and SaaS metrics
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Collaborative team player comfortable working across multiple departments
