CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Manager to drive month, quarter, and year-end close processes
• Own key accounting processes and financial operations, including revenue recognition and payroll
• Develop and document core accounting policies and prepare for the company's first financial statement audit

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant accounting work experience, with 3 or more years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting
• Active CPA or eligibility to obtain CPA license
• Technical accounting experience, particularly with ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 805 is preferred
