Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Consultant (Staff Consultant I).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads workstreams and serves as the primary client contact for revenue integrity and cycle initiatives
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and implements changes to align operations with client strategy
• Develops SOPs, playbooks, and training materials while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, focusing on revenue integrity and transformation
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Finance, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
• Knowledge of revenue cycle concepts and operations within the healthcare industry
• Experience using various software applications related to revenue cycle management
• Active security clearance with the DHA is preferred
