A company is looking for a Senior VoC (Voice of the Customer) Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a roadmap for VoC activation to deliver business value
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful execution of strategies
- Analyze data to understand customer needs and guide strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of related customer experience (CX) experience
- 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics, preferably with Engage and Discover functionalities
- Current Qualtrics certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience in designing listening posts for comprehensive customer journey insights
