A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle-Customer Resolution Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customer care activities related to billing and patient account balance collection
- Resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, billing issues, and treatment authorizations
- Ensure productivity standards are met and maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Knowledge of government and non-government payer requirements and reimbursement rules
- Understanding of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices
- Certification as HFMA - Certified Rev Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
