Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle-Customer Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform customer care activities related to billing and patient account balance collection
  • Resolve customer service inquiries regarding benefits, billing issues, and treatment authorizations
  • Ensure productivity standards are met and maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
  • Knowledge of government and non-government payer requirements and reimbursement rules
  • Understanding of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices
  • Certification as HFMA - Certified Rev Cycle Rep (CRCR) preferred
